J.R. Paine & Associates Ltd is a firm of Geotechnical and Construction Materials Engineers and technicians who provide their services to Municipal and Transportation Engineers, Subdivision and Housing Developers, Contractors, Building Developers, Structural Engineers, Owners, Architects, Government, and others. 

We are a service company, providing testing and engineering services for a variety of projects. The main scope of our materials testing includes soils, concrete, asphalt, soil cement and related building materials and products.

Strong Presence.
Founded in 1969 by J.R. (Dick) Paine, J.R. PAINE & ASSOCIATES has operated since that time providing geotechnical and environmental engineering services and construction quality control testing to industry, government and the private sector. To meet the demands of our clients, J.R. PAINE & ASSOCIATES LTD. has expanded its role in the construction industry and its base of operation in Alberta to British Columbia, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

J. R. Paine continues to be a strong presence in the communities we service.
